We know that vegetables are plants that are consumed by both humans and animals. Recently discovered that people now like to eat vegetables more than meat and seafood. They started adopting the eating habits of the most nutritious food for their healthy life and consuming vegetables are the best food for a healthy life. In 100 grams of vegetables, they only contain 65 calories and moreover, we know that there are different types of vegetables out there, and they contain different calories and nutrients. There are so many advantages of eating vegetables like they are good for many fighting with many diseases and keep you away from health problems. Sometimes people think that vegetables have low calories and they start using butter and cheese in them. I will tell you this is not the right way either. If you are consuming healthy food and mix with unhealthy food that there is no sense to eat it or provide the same amount of nutrients and benefits to you. Cabbage - Cabbage is green vegetables which are also recommended by Doctors to eat. In 100 grams, cabbage contains 25 calories and if you eat it with a cup of chopped cabbage, it will give you 22 calories. Cabbage is very easy to cook or you can add it to the salad too.

Asparagus - Asparagus is highly rich in nutrients like folate, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It is good for lower blood pressure, improved digestion, weight loss and a lot more.

Kale - It is a green leafy vegetable that helps in so many health problems. A cup of chopped kale contains only 33 calories. It has an antioxidant property in them, even helping in reducing the risk of heart disease and strokes.
