You may have noticed that you face the problem of high temperature. Because the body always remains heated up during pregnancy. In such a situation, the extra heat from outside may prove harmful for pregnancy. But don worry as here are the tips following which you can easily pass your pregnancy time during summer.
Tips to healthier pregnancy this summer:
1.Feel-good clothing
Avoid clothes that cause itchiness or make you feel discomfort. Go for loose-fitting clothes with fabrics easy to breathe with. Stop wearing tight clothes in summer as may allow sweat to come in excess. If possible, wear a wide-brimmed hat to protect your head from scortchy sun rays.
2.Avoid being dry
