The name might suggest that this is an English film but it is an upcoming Indian Hindi cinema directed and produced by Ajay Devgan and who is also in the lead role. It is destined to be released on 29 th April 2022. It stars Ajay Devgan, Rakul Singh, and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role. The film was originally titled 'Mayday ' but later changed and finalized to 'Runway 34 ' and its official announcement was made on November 7 th, 2020 and they wrapped up their shooting by 17 th December in the year 2021.

Having these many big stars makes the film worth watching and the storyline is being any words. Runway 34 is inspired by true events that caught the nation’s attention in 2015 of the true story of the Jet Airways Doha - Kochi flight. when this flight had a very narrow escape from the difficulties to land at the airport because of bad weather and unclear visibility. The pilots on the flight had to make a ‘blind’ landing on the runway without actually any view. The teaser has been released where we see air turbulence experienced by the pilot and co-pilot. After this, we see that Amitabh Bachchan is schooling Ajay Devgn about the law of gravity and says that what goes up also comes down. This indicates tension and turbulence in the overall look and feel of the film.

Overall the storyline looks very interesting and different, now let's just hope that the performances and everything will go accordingly.
