Vitamins are the important type of nutrients. It supports the growth of body. Unike, carbohydrates, fats and proteins are required for energy, it helps in growth and functioning the body. Vitamins are of different types; Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, vitamin E and many more. It helps to fight with infections. It's deficiency may cause rickets, scurvy, beri-beri, red spots on skin, joint pain, fatigue, ***** pain, high blood pressure, etc.
