Step 1 :
Roast grated coconut & farm worker in a very pan till it turns brownness.
Step 2 :
Add almonds, cashews, cardamom, pistachios and chironji to the cooked mixture. Let it cool.The filling to stuff the Ghujiya is prepared.
Step 3 :
Sieve the maida in a very bowl and add drawn butter into it. combine each the ingredients well and knead the flour with luke heat water. cowl the dough with a wet material Associate in Nursingd leave it for 1/2 an hour. The dough to form Ghujiya is prepared.
Step 4 :
After 0.5 Associate in Nursing hour punch the dough to mend and smoothen it. build little equal sized balls of the dough. Keep the balls lined with wet material, whereas you're creating alternative balls. Take one ball and roll it sort of a skinny poori.
Step 5 :
Take 1 poori and keep it on your hand. place one tea spoon filling on the poori, apply some water at the corners of the poori and fold it from one facet meeting the opposite finish. Step 6 :
Now deep fry all the Gujiyas. Fry them on medium flame till they flip brown and crisp from each the perimeters. Let the Gujiya quiet down.
Step seven : for creating syrup
Take a deep pan and place sugar in it in conjunction with 0.5 the amount of water (250 gms sugar, 125 water). combine them well and place the pan on the stove to boil. Cook the sirup for 5-6 minutes to form one string syrup.
Step 8 :
Now dip Ghujiyas into the sirup then take them out with the ladle and continue a plate. Keep the Gujiya on a plate faraway from one another. Leave them open for one hour to dry the sirup coating. syrup lordotic Gujiya is prepared. Garnish with finely sliced dry fruits.
