To make lapsi you will need- 2 cup broken wheat, 10 almonds, 4 cup water, 1 tablespoon powdered green cardamom, 20 raisins, 1 1/4 cup ghee, 1 cup sugar, 10 cashews. The steps to make lapsi are as follows:

Method to make Lapsi :-
Here, first of all, take a non stick pan and put it on the gas stove, after that add ghee to it and fry the porridge for 5-10 minutes till it becomes golden. Now when the porridge is fried, take out the fried porridge from a plate, now give 1-2 glasses of water in the pan, and when the water becomes hot, add sugar to it, when the sugar dissolves in the water, then add the roasted porridge and keep it for some time. When the porridge is cooked well, then add cardamom powder, pistachios and chopped cashews, almonds and take it off the pan, in this way, hot lapsi is ready.
