Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a type of business model in which corporations can have a positive social impact while also growing their business. CSR aids in the development of a better curriculum or course. CSR has the potential to promote health and nutrition. During school hours, for example, complimentary meals can be offered to the less fortunate. Finally, each kid receives learning materials, which enriches the experience and has a direct impact on child education. Companies that invest in school infrastructure, teaching-learning materials, integrated curriculum and course content, the use of technology in school monitoring and assessment, and, most importantly, student mobilisation to enhance enrolment and attendance have a significant impact.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays an important role in supporting child education by helping improve access, quality, and inclusiveness of learning. Through CSR initiatives, companies invest in building and upgrading school infrastructure, providing learning materials, digital tools, and scholarships for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

CSR also supports teacher training programs, innovative teaching methods, and digital education solutions, which help enhance learning outcomes. In many cases, CSR-funded projects focus on reducing dropout rates by addressing issues such as lack of resources, poor facilities, and limited access to quality education in rural and semi-urban areas.

In addition, CSR encourages partnerships between corporates, NGOs, and local communities to implement education programs effectively and sustainably. By monitoring and evaluating these initiatives, CSR ensures transparency, accountability, and measurable impact. Overall, CSR contributes to creating equal educational opportunities for children and helps build a skilled, informed, and empowered future generation.
