Soy sauce, peanut oil, and sesame oil are traditionally stir-fried in a wok or a skillet.
The wok is traditionally made out of cast iron and is usually heated using an electric stovetop or gas burner.
A traditional "wok hay" (the amount of food that can be cooked in the wok at one time) is one serving. You don't need to use any special tools for stir-frying; you can even just use a large pan with sloping sides.
