The 5 best foods for a sound sleep are:

 

1. Milk: - Milk is full of calcium,vitamin D,Melatonin & Tryptophan.Make sure to add a pinch of turmeric in your milk because turmeric in milk helps in proper digestion & it has anti inflammatory effects.

 

2. Banana: -Bananas can be eaten day or night.They are full of iron,B6 vitamin,iodine,magnesium all of which helps in regulating a healthy & sound sleep.

 

3. Almonds: -Yes almonds are one of the essential nuts which provides a good sleep cycle because it contains melatonin in high level.

 

4.Chamomile tea: -It has nerve calming properties which stimulates sleep.
