The state of Uttar Pradesh will set up an international level Ramayana Museum and Cultural Center. The museum will be located on 10 acres of land at the Ram Snehi Ghat, which lies between Ayodhya and Lucknow. The project is estimated to cost around Rs 150 crore and will be run by the Ayodhya Research Institute.
The museum will showcase the life and teachings of Lord Rama, the central figure of the Ramayana epic. It will also highlight the cultural and historical significance of the Ramayana, which is one of the most popular religious texts in the world.
The museum will have a variety of exhibits, including artifacts, sculptures, paintings, and multimedia installations. There will also be a theater where visitors can watch performances of the Ramayana in different languages.
