- The notification sent to Kangana Ranaut states:
- Latrine illegaly changed over into office lodge on ground floor.
- Unapproved kitchen developed in store room on ground floor.
- New latrines wrongfully developed close to flight of stairs inside store and another in stopping territory on ground floor.
- Unapproved storeroom developed on ground floor.
- Unapproved room/lodge with wooden segment made in parlor on first floor.
- Unapproved meeting room/lodge with wooden segment made in pooja room on first floor.
- Unapproved development of latrines in open chowk region with block stone work dividers and piece on first floor.
- Unapproved flat expansion of piece at front side on second floor.
- Room of abutting cottage no. 4 is converged into home no. 5 by eliminating parcel divider on second floor.
- Latrine of abutting room (i.e cottage no. 4) is discovered eliminated and same zone is utilized as livable region on second floor.
- Position of fundamental entrancegate is discovered changed.
