At some places, they lack adequate skills that a student with any degree must have and hence, they get rejected from the jobs.
There are many national and international companies which offer new openings every year but due to high expectations of companies, just 2 out of 10 are selected.
In some fields, it is compulsory to hold master degrees for these jobs. Like MBA opens a great way for the job opportunities.
Actually students lack in their vocational training and experiences because of which they fail to crack interviews and get jobs. The solution for this is that students must be provided practical knowledge with theory and must be sent for internships for entrepreneurial knowledge.
