The winners of the 69th National Film Awards were announced at the National Media Center in New Delhi.These awards are recognized as one of the highest honors in the field of film-making. President Droupadi Murmu has confered the 69th National Film Awards 2023 on 17 October at the Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.
The winners’ names are:
- Allu Arjun was honored with the Best Actor award for his outstanding performance in the 2021 film “Pushpa: The Rise.”
- Alia Bhatt was honored with the Best Actoress award for her outstanding performance in “Gangubai Kathiawadi”
- Kriti Sanon was honored with the Best Actoress award for her outstanding performance in "Mimi".
- Film "RRR" got Natinal Award for Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment.
- Shreya Ghoshal was awarded fo Best Female playback singer.
- Kaala Bhairava was awarded fo Best male playback singer.
- "Sardar Udham" got award as Best Hindi film.
