From what I’ve followed recently, Amazon’s Project Kuiper (LEO) is still catching up, while Starlink is already widely deployed. So in real-world usage, Starlink currently has better speeds and lower latency because of its established network. Amazon’s system looks promising on paper, especially with AWS integration, but it’s not fully scaled yet. A friend in the US uses Starlink and gets consistent speeds, while Kuiper is still in rollout phases. So technically, Amazon might compete in the future, but as of now, Starlink still has the edge in performance and availability.
