What are some things to must see in Nepal ?

The beautiful scenery and magnanimous hills in Nepal makes you trip no less than any foreign trip.

The name of Nepal even compel us to visualize a beautiful and heavenly abode, and of course, Nepal for many tourists means a visit to Pashupati Nath temple. This temple is not the only place that comes under the "must see places in Nepal" list. There are many more:   

Pashupati Nath Temple


This temple is situated on the shores of river Bagvati. It is the temple of Lord Shiva and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Nepal. The people of Nepal are an enthusiastic lot of Shiva Bhakts and hence this temple holds a significant place not only for the Hindus of Nepal but of other countries as well. 



Lumbini is the birth place of Gautam Buddha. The place is always flooded with the followers of Gautam Buddha and that of Buddhism. There is also situated the statue of the mother of Gautam Buddha in Lumbini.

Devaghat Dham 


It is one of the major tourist attractions in Nepal. Devaghat Dham is situated at the confluence between the Kali Gandki River and Trishuli rivers of Nepal. Devotees can be seen bathing and offering tribulations in this river during Makar Sankratnti.  



It is a principle Hindu pilgrimage and has the statue of Lord Shaligram, situated in it. The Shaligram stone is a scared stone which is worshiped in Muktinath. The place is also known as Mukti Sect. 

Changunarayan Temple


Chang'anarayan Temple is the oldest temple of Nepal. This temple was built several centuries ago, but due to some reasons it was reconstructed in 1702. Chang'anarayan Temple is situated on the hill, and in this temple idols of Lord Vishnu and Sheshnag have been kept.
