To register an LLP, you need at least two partners and two designated partners (one must be an Indian resident). You must have a unique LLP name, registered office address, and LLP agreement. Designated partners need DPIN and Digital Signature (DSC). After filing required forms with the government, the LLP gets registered and receives a Certificate of Incorporation.
