HRM or Human Resource management is the part of management process which develops and manages the human element of the enterprise considering the knowledge, skills, creativity, talents and potentials for contributing towards organisational objectives.

Human resource management involve determining the organisation need of human resource, recruitment and selecting the best employees, training developing, compensating and rewarding the employees.

It also include activities related to to government, trade union etc.

When this function are carried out at small scale level in small organisation we call it staffing function by line manager but when this functions are performed at large scale or in a big organisation then there is a need to create a separate department which is called human resource management department.Letsdiskuss
