10 Ways to relax your mind when you're upset

When I'm upset and my mind needs rest, I use the following methods:

1. Attention: I try to calm my mind by focusing. I can use meditative meditation techniques, such as pranayama or mantra chanting.

2. Exercising: I relax my mind by engaging in physical activities. This increases my attention and reduces stress.

3. Sitting in the rays of the sun: Sitting in the rays of the Sun, I try to gain renouncement and new energy.

4. Amuse: I relieve my mind by doing Entertainment methods such as watching movies, listening to a song, reading a book, or performing favorite actions.

5. Chatting with friends: I have the opportunity to keep in touch with my friends and family, which makes my mind happy.

6. Changing the routine: I am entertained by changing my routine a little. For example, watching a new program, finding a new hobby, or planning a trip to a new place.

7. Keep my mind active: I do interesting studies, solve Sudoku or puzzles, or engage in some recreational activity to keep my mind active.

8. Eating the healthiest diet: I try to have a healthy and nutritious diet, because it has a greater impact on my state of mind.

9. Enjoying beauty: I find happiness in the light of beauty in existence, such as nature, art, music, or creativity in one of my favorite areas.

10. Sleeping: I try to get regular and adequate sleep because it is important for my brain. A good sleep restores my mind power and helps to overcome troubles.

These were some of the ways I use to relax my mind. However, not all methods will be the most suitable for everyone, but these help me personally. Before adopting the best approach for you, you should keep your appearance, interests, and requirements in mind.
