While preparing for the Project+ exam (like the CompTIA Project+ certification), it wasn’t about memorizing definitions, it was about knowing how projects actually work in real situations. A few strategies really made a difference for me:
I prioritized understanding over memorization. I did not only read, I tried to connect the topics like project phases, risk management, and communication with real life examples. That made it easier to recall when asked difficult questions.
Second, I took practice tests regularly. They helped me to understand the pattern of the exam and my weak areas. “I didn’t just check answers, I looked at why something was right or wrong.”
Another big help was breaking topics into small pieces. Short study sessions prevented me from feeling overwhelmed and helped me remember better.
I also made quick notes and mind maps to use for revision. These summaries helped save a lot of time before the exam.
And finally I was consistent. On busy days I did a little studying. The steady work gave confidence, and the exam seemed manageable, not stressful.
