Yes, I have, and my feelings about it are mixed now. It has been two years since the incident. I still miss the girl I cheated on, and that is because of my regret.

So here’s what happened:

I was looking for a fling, and very desperately. So there was a Whatsapp group where I was added accidentally, but because the group was large and quite happening no one noticed and I stayed there as a silent onlooker.

There was a girl, very social and very talkative, who caught my attention and I messaged her personally.

I talked to her and it seemed like she was also waiting for someone. She talked as if I was an important part of her life, and we started clicking together quite well. My plan, however, was not to get someone for sweet talks.

The girl was so outgoing and cool that I thought she won’t mind getting on a rendezvous with me. So I asked her to go on a trip with me, and she declined. I was expecting this and hence wasn’t very surprised or sad. I understood that I had to take things slowly with her.

So we decided to stick to just talking for a while, as her schedule was a bit tight to have an elaborate meeting.

After two weeks, I asked her if we could meet and she said that she could only meet for an hour as she had her classes. I was disappointed but I agreed. We met and I made sure she likes me. I knew her interests and I pretended to be the most perfect guy she could ever get.

After that meet, we met again very soon. The girl bunked all her classes to spend time with me and I called her on my flat. I decided to make everything about the day magical for her.

We spent hours in my room. First listening to music, then dancing, and then making out. After all the efforts, however, I couldn’t get into her pants and I decided to end it all here.

After the day ended, and I dropped her at the metro station, I thought I would tell her and stop it but I couldn’t. That evening she messaged me that she wanted to tell about me to her best friend. I ignored her texts for two days saying that I was returning home for my sister’s wedding.

After I came back, she begged me a thousand times to meet and it was me who was making excuses for not meeting. She understood after a while and stopped texting me.

After some months when I was missing her and was full of regret, I texted her but got no answer back.
