I'm not by any stretch of the imagination beyond any doubt what sort of reality-bowing you're going for, yet on different occasions, I've dropped something on the ground, watching it the entire time, at that point it just vanishes from my vision. When I pivot, whatever it is, is effectively a yard or 2 away.
The first occasion when it occurred, I was hurling an apple from my lunch open to question, missed a catch, watched it hit the ground, and needed to pivot to watch it rolling endlessly. It wasn't speed-rolling either. It was gradually advancing a few doors down, aside from it was physically inconceivable for it to have gotten to where I spotted it (effectively one and an a large portion of my stature away, perhaps 6 feet?) at that speed.
At that point there's the means by which I once in a while observe smoke-stuff drift from irregular things at arbitrary edges however I don't know the amount of such is life twisting and what amount is me requiring more rest xD
