Man, that 8 AM to 10 PM grind is brutal—14 hours straight leaves you wrecked if you don't protect yourself. Here's how I survive it without totally burning out:

Prioritize sleep like it's sacred. Aim for 7 solid hours by crashing by 11 PM latest. Blackout curtains, no screens an hour before bed, and a wind-down ritual (tea, light reading) help massively.

Fuel smart: Prep quick, healthy meals the night before—oats or eggs for breakfast, balanced lunch/dinner with protein and veggies. Stay hydrated, skip heavy caffeine crashes after 2 PM. Short walks or stretches every couple hours keep energy up.

Take real micro-breaks: Step away from the desk, breathe, or do 5-minute movement. Evenings, disconnect fully—no work emails. Squeeze in 20-30 min exercise (morning walk or quick home workout) for endorphins.

Set boundaries: Say no to extra when possible, and carve out 30 min for something human like calling family or a hobby. On off days, rest hard and reset.

It's not forever—treat it as a season. Consistency beats perfection; listen to your body and adjust. You've got this, but don't ignore the toll long-term.
