You need to start outlook in safe mode. Just follow these given below steps:
- Choose Start > Run.
- Type Outlook/safe and click on Ok.
- In the Choose Profiles dialog box, accept the default setting of Outlook and click on OK.
- If prompted enter your password and click on Accept.
If it starts in safe mode then the problem is in your add-ins. You need to disable all your Add-ins before starting Outlook.

Maybe your Outlook PST files got corrupted. Use inbuilt inbox repair tool to remove corruption from the PST files. After this if you find there is still problem then go for an automated tool.
