Aam Panna is an essential drink in summers. It definitely makes Indian summers tolerable, and well, tasty as well. It is one more way to make good use of our favorite summer delicacy –Mangoes.

Ingredients to make Aam Panna:

• Raw Mangoes: 3
• Roasted cumin powder: 2 teaspoons
• Ground salt: 3 teaspoons
• Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
• Mint leaves: 1 tablespoon
• Sugar: half of a small bowl
• Salt: According to taste

Method to make Aam Panna:

• First of all, wash the mangoes thoroughly.

• Now put the mangoes in a cooker with water, and wait for at least 4 whistles.

• Now peel the mango from your fingers and remove the pulp, and collect it in a separate container.

• Add mint leaves, sugar, black pepper, cumin powder, ground salt, and salt in the pulp.

• Pour the mixture in a mixer and grind it.

• You can also store it in the refrigerator if you want. And whenever you want to serve it, add some cold water in the pulp mixture.

• That makes your Aam Panna.

Aam Panna is considered to be a necessity in Summers in India. This drink is oftenly consumed on a daily basis in rural India. Aam Panna is also called Raw mango juice. The drink is not only beneficial for the body but also make the summers tolerable for the people I'm India.

Making Aam panna is very easy. Just follow the given steps to quench your thirst in a better and healthy way:

1. Peel off the raw mangoes (Aambi) and boil the raw mangoes on a low steam.
2. After boiling, smash the mangoes and collect the juice in the other container.
3. The leftovers after smashing boiled mangoes could be done away with.
4. The juice collected could be consumed in two ways, either directly by adding sugar and a pinch of salt.
5. However, to make it more tastier what you can do is to fry the juice collected with few cumin seeds.
6. After this, just add sugar and a pinch of salt into the fried juice.
7. Keep the juice into the freezer and add some mint leaves into it.
8. Shake it well and drink it. And get lost into the taste of it.
