Just to let you know, it has nothing to do with pickle. It’s a veggie which is quite easy to make. This recipe will add a twist in your regular Gobhi ki sabzi.

Ingredients:

• Cauliflower: 1
• Coriander seeds: 2 tablespoon
• Fennel: 2 teaspoon
• Celery: 1 teaspoon
• Nigella: 1 teaspoon
• Amchoor powder: 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon
• Turmeric powder: 1 tablespoon
• Refined oil: 2 tablespoon
• Green coriander leaves
• Salt: According to taste

Method:

• The trick is to make it taste a bit like a pickle. Dice the cauliflower in even pieces.

• Boil the cut cauliflower for 10 minutes.

• Drain the remaining water and mix salt and turmeric in the boiled cauliflower.

• Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cauliflower in it.

• Heat a tablespoon of oil in a separate pan and fry all the spices in it.

• Add the deep fried cauliflower pieces in the pan and sprinkle amchur powder and red chili powder over it.

• Turn off the gas and garnish it with coriander leaves.
