Being a child, banana was my most favorite fruit. One it was always available at home and secondly I can quickly gulp is down when hungry and run for play :)

It’s also high in potassium, minerals, vitamins and helps to gain healthy blood sugar.
Just ensure you feed ripe banana to kids, unripe banana won’t be easy to digest for kids and also isn’t rich in carbohydrates.
There are also few myths that banana causes cough. This is not true at all.
