What is a good food?

Good food is a very subjective term. Since there is a vast variety of foods throughout the world, you cannot define good food. Some people find simple foods like dal and rice to be good food, some people like a little luxury in their lives, so they prefer something tastier and richer, like, mac 'n' cheese. Some people like home-cooked food and some people like to eat out. Some people are happy to eat the same thing over and over again and don't ever get bored of it, whereas, there are some people who like to eat a different variety every time they have a meal. Therefore, as I mentioned, good food cannot be defined by anybody, everyone has their own individual choice.

Good food is food that is good for you, safe and pleasurable to eat. It meets your dietary requirements as well, that helps you to maintain an optimum level of health, and gets necessary nutrients protein, fiber, minerals and vitamins. Good food is tasty, nutritious and made from natural ingredients cooked with care and fresh.
