The best breakfast in the morning is paneer paratha and tea, I don't like anything better. So today I am going to tell you about the recipe for making paneer paratha. Material -

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup mashed cheese
- 5-6 teaspoons of the oil for baking
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small bowl coriander leaves
Method -
- In the morning breakfast, knead the dough by mixing one layer of flour, salt and half a teaspoon of oil.
Try to make a soft dough by adding water as required.
After that, you mix mashed cottage cheese, salt, pepper, green coriander, ground cumin, green chilli in a bowl.
Now make a dough ball, press it with the palms and then roll the dough ball into dry flour and roll it a little and fill it with paneer masala.
- Then seal the edges by bringing them in the centre.
Now make the dough in the shape of the paratha, bake it on a hot pan and when bubbles appear on the surface of the paratha, then you can apply oil from the other side.
Letsdiskuss
- When the paneer parathas are roasted from both sides, take them out on a plate.
- Take this delicious breakfast right in the morning.

From my opinion breakfast should always healthy and energetic. So we should take juice or milk/coffee, take corn flax with the milk, Fruit, Greek Yogurt, Chia Seeds. These foods are healthy and energetic.

Oats are one of the best foods we can eat for a number of reasons. As a 100% whole-grain, they’re filled with fiber, plant-based protein, B-vitamins, and minerals, including iron, calcium, and magnesium. They’ve been linked to reduced risk of heart disease thanks to a type of fiber called beta-glucan that has been shown to improve cholesterol levels.

Eggs Full of vitamins A, D, and B12, eggs are an inexpensive and nutrient-dense ingredient. Two large eggs contain more than 50% of the choline you need each day, which affects memory, mood, and muscle control. Just one egg has about 8 grams of protein as well.
