Depressionis one of the mostcommonmental health disorders.Depression varies from person to person, but there are some common signs and symptoms.
Seemingly normal behavoiurs that are signs of being depressed:
- Loss of interest in daily activities:Decreased interest in daily activities.Lose interest to many things.
- lack of energy:Your whole body may feel heavy even after doing small tasks.
- Trouble in sleeping: Wake up early in the morning, or oversleeping.
- Blaming himself/herself:Sense of being overwhelmed.Isolate herself/himself to everybody.
- Keep quiet always:Always try to keep silent.
- Feeling hopeless:Strong feelings of worthlessness or guilt
- Changes in weight:Significant weight loss or weight gain.Changes in appetite with specific food cravings.
- Trouble in making decisions:Trouble in making decisions,
- Anger:Feeling irrirated and restless.
- Unexplained pains. An increase in physical complaints such as headaches, back pain, aching muscles, and stomach pain.Never tells about their problems to anybody.
