Honestly, I’d pick remote work, but with a small twist.
Remote work just gives a different level of freedom. No travel stress, no office politics, and you can focus better when you control your own environment. Plus, you get more personal time, which honestly matters a lot more than people admit.
But at the same time, I won’t lie… working fully remote can get boring and isolating after a point. You miss casual conversations, team energy, and that “work vibe” which sometimes actually boosts motivation.
So ideally, I’d go for a hybrid style. Work remotely most days for focus and flexibility, and go to the office occasionally for interaction and networking.
If I had to choose strictly one, I’d still go with remote. Peace of mind and flexibility win for me.
