But this year, our Indian National Anthem broke all records on Youtube with a piano rendition. Created by Mumbai-based pianist Shayan Italia and directed by Farhad Vijay Arora, the video became the most viewed national anthem on Youtube. Currently, it has 72 million views.
Following it is the piano rendition of French National Anthem with 36 million views. The piano rendition of Jana Gana Mana crossed 5 million views on the first day of upload, that is, on 29th July. The creators wanted it to cross 71 million views till our 71st Independence Day, to honor the National Anthem. It’s a happy surprise that it now has 72 million views.
