Aryan Khan who is the son of Bollywood superstar shahrukh khan today because he was arrested by NCB because he was attached with drug case. The lawyers of Arbaz merchant have filed a bail application seeking CCTV footage of the raid.

Earlier Arbaz merchant and Munmun Dhamicha including Aryan were arrested by the narcotis control bureau on Sunday evening, after a long interrogation. Medical test of all three were done on Sunday evening at 7pm. After the test everyone was presented in the holiday court. From where the court had sent all three to NCB custody for one day.
During the hearing, additional solicitor general Anil Singh told to the court"we need the remand of three accused including Aryan Khan to know the facts and their links. Such pictures and chats have been found from their phones,which indicate that this drug racket is linked to the international market. We have to extract their call details. The youth in our society are most affected by the menace of drug. The ACG told the court that they have also questioned the organiser of the party.
At the same time, Satish manshinde, argued that the whatsapp chat doesn't prove that the Aryan took drug. If their is a chat that talks about drugs it doesn't mean that Aryan is a drug smugglers. No drug have been recovered from Aryan. He didn't have a cruise ticket. Aryan can buy the whole ship if he wants. This case is not about selling the drug on the ship.
