Why is walking backwards considered beneficial?

Walking upside down puts more stress on the mind.This makes the brain work well.The brain is exercised by running shoes.It would have been beneficial to walk for some time in reverse to create balance in mind and body.Walking upside down for a long time can make a person dizzy and fall.Reverse walking exercises must be consulted with your doctor.It is possible that you may have harm instead of benefit in walking upside down, so take some steps only after taking medical advice.
