This may be a dream of many of those poor children who yearn for learning but cannot fulfill their dream.Many of the poverty stricken families have children who are brilliant in India and they would be the gainers if a system of no fees for education comes into existence. If this become a reality that would be a great achievement for humanity as a whole.But in India education is the most expensive commodity as there are too many private schools whose agenda is to make money and Governement schools are slowly diminishing.
