There is no doubt that overthinking leads to a disturbed mental state. If the mind is always chattering then how can you concentrate on anything in life. The positive thing is that everyone at some time does overthink. Some individuals are more prone to it or are more affected by it. A possibility of happy life is to manage your overthinking. There are many ways to calm your mind. You just have to choose which way is most suited for you. You can mediate, listen to instrumental music, learn cognitive behavioural therapy, perform activities with your friends and family, choose a spiritual practice, etc.

Overthinking, it will surely destroy yur inner peace and it will let yu to get depressed all the time
Overthink will never let yu to be happy. It will harm yu from all sides. Yu will think all the time on same matter. Overthink will not allow yu to do something good for yourself. It will only make you busy on same matter. You will feel lazy automatically. Andbat last yu eill lose all
