Women are absolutely capable leaders, and we're already proving it every single day. I've worked under female leaders who outperform their male counterparts, yet they still face more scrutiny and doubt.
The barrier isn't competence; it's bias. Women bring different perspectives that make teams stronger, but they have to work twice as hard to earn respect that men get automatically. I've seen brilliant female engineers, executives, and entrepreneurs get overlooked simply because of gender.
The real issue isn't whether women can lead but whether industries are willing to stop gatekeeping. Companies with diverse leadership actually perform better financially. We need to stop questioning women's capabilities and start questioning the systems that make leadership harder for them. Women don't need permission to lead; they need fair opportunities.
