How are government jobs better than private jobs?

Even though a particular skill set is required for both kind of jobs, government jobs are considered to be better than private jobs. The main reason of it is job security. You just can’t be fired easily from a government job. Also, no matter you work or not, you will receive a fixed amount of salary monthly.

If difficult working conditions, pressure, and competition is not your cup of tea, government jobs are best suitable for you. Even after you retire from your job, you get pension and another facilities ensuring your life after retirement passes easily and without any financial hassle.
Because of having so many advantages, government jobs are considered to be more respectable and hence preferable.
In addition, a government official can get a bank loan quite easily. And if you are lucky enough to get a top department with high pay, even your children and grandchildren will have a financially easy life ahead. So this job is an easy way out of a tough life and is for those who have no regard for productivity.
On the other hand in private jobs, you have to prove yourself time and again, which is not at all necessary in government jobs.
