- Add colorful veggies in fun shapes.
- Use cookie cutters to make sandwiches interesting or roll them instead of the usual flat sandwiches.
- Involve kids in packing or planning the lunch so they actually want to eat it.
- Include one fun item like homemade pizza pockets or spring rolls they can dip in sauce.
- Nuts, seeds, dried fruits and fresh fruits make great add ons.
- Cold pasta salads with mayo and veggies are also hits.
Most importantly do not pack the same thing twice in one week.
