Raw milk is risky honestly. The bacteria in unpasteurized milk can actually make bacterial acne worse if you are prone to breakouts. There is no real clinical evidence that raw milk is better than pasteurized milk on your face either. The lactic acid in milk does exfoliate gently which some people swear by, but you can get that from products designed specifically for exfoliation that are way safer.
At least 65 percent of the world has some dairy sensitivity and applying milk to your face can cause hives, itching, inflammation and redness. If you want to experiment, use pasteurized milk or fermented products like yogurt instead. Always patch test first behind your ear for 24 hours.
