TCS Nashik case involves multiple FIRs registered from March 2026 onwards where eight women employees at the TCS facility in Nashik alleged sexual harassment, religious harassment and forced conversion attempts by senior colleagues. The victims submitted complaints to Nashik Police accusing primarily team leads of targeting vulnerable junior colleagues with financial incentives to facilitate conversions. A Special Investigation Team was formed headed by ACP Crime Sandeep Mitke.
TCS suspended the employees under investigation and cooperated with authorities. The HR manager was also questioned. Police issued a WhatsApp number for additional victims to come forward. No chargesheet has been filed yet as the SIT continues investigation. This represents a major corporate scandal with serious workplace violations.
