So Kunti gave Draupadi some remaining sabzi and simply enough wheat mixture to make one puri and educated her to make sustenance that would fulfill the yearning of each of the five Pandavas(such an underhanded misanthrope :)). At that point Draupadi thought of a dish which comprises of two items,one of which is puffed firm little mixture balls which are empty and incorporates chick peas and sabzi and the other is prepared sweet/harsh water. This new dish,ladies and gentlemen,is today known as Pani Puri.
