There were many ways by doing that you can stay fit like

You can do exercises like jogging, skipping, cycling etc.


You can also do yoga. It will also relax your mind and help to have a healthier mind and lifestyle.


Start eating a healthy diet like fruits,milk etc and stop eating junk food. Eating junk food can increase fat levels in your body or you will become unhealthier.
