jeera rice is my all time favorite food and anyone can make it easily.....
Wash the rice 4-5 times until the water turns clear. Channel and put it in a safe spot.
1-Press the saute catch of the Instant Pot. When it shows hot, include oil (or ghee) to it. At that point include the narrows leaf, cut green bean stew, cloves, green cardamom and cumin seeds. Let the cumin seeds splutter.
2-Then add the washed basmati rice to the pot. Mix the rice with the flavors for 30 seconds. At that point include water, salt and mix.
3-Close the pot with its top and press the manual/weight cook catch. Cook on high weight for 5 minutes with the weight valve in the fixing position.
4-Let the weight discharge normally for 2 minutes and after that complete a snappy weight discharge by physically moving the weight valve from the fixing to the venting position.
Open the pot and lighten the rice with a fork.
