This blog post will go over some of the things I've learned about setting goals and following through with them in my own life—and hopefully inspire you to do the same for yours!
It may seem like an easy task, but if we put it off or neglect it, we risk not making any progress in our lives. Remember: What gets measured gets managed.
So what are your goals?
Write Them Down—And Review Them Regularly
When you write them down, your goals will become real and tangible. Writing things down will help you remember why you're doing it in the first place and keep you motivated throughout the process. It's also important to review your goals regularly to see if they still hold true or if there are changes that need to be made. You can do this by adding an appointment in your calendar every month or so—you could even set up a reminder for yourself (I have this reminder set on my phone!) so that it's easy to remember.
