Yogurt bowl formula: Greek dahi (thicker) or normal curd, granola, fruit, nuts, honey. Indian twist - use dahi instead of Greek yogurt, top with makhana (fox nuts), almonds, coconut flakes, and drizzle with honey.

Try mango season - fresh mango chunks with granola and crushed pistachios. Or berries if you can find them. Add dates, raisins, or dry fruits. The secret is good presentation for Instagram but really it's just dahi with toppings. Make your own granola at home - cheaper and healthier than store-bought. In India, people eat dahi with roti and sabzi, this bowl thing is just making it fancy. But if you like it, go ahead.

  • Use thick dahi (Greek yogurt equivalent)
  • Granola + fruit + nuts base
  • Mango + pistachio combo
  • Add honey and dry fruits
  • Makhana and chikhalwali seeds work
  • Budget version: use regular curd
  • Doesn't need to be fancy to taste good

Yogurt bowls are just Instagram food. It's dahi with stuff on top and everyone acts like it's revolutionary. The whole trend is about making it look pretty for a photo, not about nutrition or taste. You can get same health benefits eating plain dahi with a handful of nuts. The recipe is literally yogurt plus whatever you have. If you want better breakfast, eat parathas, khichdi, or upma - actual filling food. Yogurt bowls leave you hungry after 30 minutes anyway. This is food trend marketing making people buy expensive granola and organic fruit. Save your money and just eat normal food.
