What is OB model?

This model is a systematic body of knowledge and studies about the behaviour of act of an individual and group in an organisation where they are working. Organisational Behaviour Model gives the information about how an individual is interactive with the groups in the organisation and organisation itself. This also helps to study more about the management of people.
There are three determinants of OB model- individual, groups and organisations. It helps in applying the knowledge and understanding of an individual and group to their behaviour and how will this effect the structure and helps in effective working of organization.
