3. The patient feels pain when the doctor taps on the tooth gently
4. The pain present radiates or travels to the head or back to the ear or the full jaw on the side of root canal advised tooth
5. Pain is more at night so anyone is not able to sleep well at night
6. When there is inability to put pressure on the tooth while chewing
