The timing literally couldn't have been worse! This massive outage hit right at the end of the academic year, directly interfering with study week and final exams for thousands of universities. Students suddenly found themselves locked out of vital lecture notes, study guides, and previous coursework. Even worse, many were unable to submit final papers or complete scheduled online exams.
