Go to cbseresults.nic. Enter your roll number, date of birth, and registration number in correct fields. Submit and your result appears instantly on screen. You can download it as PDF or screenshot it. Make sure you have all three details before you start - without roll number site won't work.
Process is simple and straightforward but go slow and enter details carefully. One digit wrong and result won't load. Download PDF copy immediately because page might not load again if you try to refresh later.
