Depression is lately a very popular health issue that has been seen in teenagers. It is a serious mental issue that affects the thinking and behavior of a person in a negative direction. Depression's root cause is that it makes the person sad and upset about small things which they used to enjoy. It causes a loss of interest in their interests and hobbies. Depression thus can be treated. Medication, and therapies are some of the treatments which can be of help for a depressed person.

Symptoms of depression include:

  • Feeling sad or having a depressed mood everytime.
  • Loss of interest in daily activities even those activities that you like most before depression.
  • Weight loss or gain due to unrelated dieting.

Depression can be cured by following steps:

  • Meditation:Meditation helps to reduce stress.
  • Psychotherapy: Psychotherapy may involve only the individual, but it can include others. Psychotherapy include counselling that help patient how to overcome their fear or how to deal with worse situation.
  • Yoga:Yoga is also helpful for reducing depression.
